Saturday 30th Jan 2016
Session 6 - 8:30
Session 7 - NO EARLIER THAN 12:30
Session 8 - NO EARLIER THAN 16:30

Sunday 31st Jan 2016
Session 9 - 08:30
Session 10 - NO EARLIER THAN 12:30

County Champs 2016 Bad Weather Protocol

We are not expecting bad weather during our Championships, however we have put in place a network of contacts covering the county (North/East/South & West) who will report any bad weather which may impact peoples travelling plans.

If there are any problems, the Meet Promoter/Meet Director & Swimming Manager will make a decision on what if anything to do.

Any decision will be broadcast on the Herts ASA website, Herts ASA twitter feed and Herts ASA facebook page – we would ask clubs to rebroadcast any messages to get the word out as wide as possible.

WITHDRAWALS from Herts County Championships

Please note, we are NOT accepting email withdrawals.

ALL withdrawals need to be made on the official form available online/from the Admin desk/in the coaches packs, signed by the coach and handed in to the Admin desk by the prescribed time. LATE withdrawals will be subject to fines as laid out in the covering letter.

As well as Officials, Herts ASA are also short of general volunteers to help run the County Champs, we need Competitior Stewards, Runners, Drinks Marshalls, Door Staff and Control Room Support.
